Service Providers Charge

We’ve updated our visitor registration policy to ensure the show remains focused on our core sourcing and buying community. While buying and sourcing professionals and students can still attend for free, service providers now have an attendance fee of £495.

Service providers include businesses or individuals offering B2B service such as consultancy, logistics, technology solutions, and other non-product-based services to the fashion industry. Essentially people who are not coming to the show to directly buy and source products from our exhibitors.

If your business provides services rather than physical fashion products, it’s likely fall under the service provider category. If you’re unsure, we recommend speaking with a team member for clarification or emailing info@source-fashion.com

This fee helps maintain the integrity of our event as a sourcing-focused trade show and ensures that our exhibitors and buyers connect with relevant industry professionals.

Yes, all attendees must register, but students can attend free of charge with valid educational ID.

If your primary business is fashion-based (such as running a brand or designing products) and you are coming to buy or source items, your entry is free. However, if your primary role is consulting or providing services to other businesses, the service provider fee applies.
