A trade show is an event that brings together members of a certain industry, allowing exhibitors to showcase their products and services to a large audience. Products are sold at a wholesale cost to visitors (retailers), and are often sold in bulk, at a lower price than the RRP.

*Press, including bloggers, influencers, PR agencies, photographers and videographers must be accredited by our public relations team. Photography is not permitted at any time unless you have been authorized as an officially accredited photographer. Source Fashion is free to attend for all trade visitors registering online (or those looking to start a new business in the next 12 months). Register for your free ticket to Source Fashion 2024.

Yes our seminars are free to attend.

We advise that children under 16 do not attend the event, as this is a trade only event and there will not be crèche facilities available.

A child entry pass will be required for all those under the age of 16 – these can only be picked up on the day from the registration desks in the main entrance.

Anyone over the age of 16 will be required to register for the event by completing the visitor registration form.

Yes, you can register on arrival to the show.

You will receive your entry badge 2 weeks before the event starts.

Yes, if you'd like to edit any of your registration details please email  info@source-fashion.com and a member of our team will be able to assist you.

Registration for the shows is non-date specific. Once you have registered and have your entry badge, you can attend the show on any of the open days, as many times as you'd like.

On arrival to the show, our show guide will be available to collect at the entrance which includes a floor plan and other useful information. There will also be signage once you arrive.

If you've forgotten your entry badge, please go to the registration desks and they will print a new one for you. You may be asked to provide proof of company name or ID, so please have confirmation in the form of a business card or confirmation email available. 

Yes, at Source Fashion all of our exhibitors are required to have had a recent audit from Sedex, or another recognisable audit institution – giving you the confidence to know you'll only be meeting manufacturers that have responsible and ethical business practises.

You'll meet key buyers, heads of procurement and sustainability, along with designers and industry professionals from across the globe.

Yes, Olympia London has parking facilities. We advise pre-booking online as spaces are limited, and can't be guaranteed on the day. To find out more about parking at the venue click here.

Yes there is free visitor WiFi at the venue.

Yes, there are lots of food and drink options available inside the venue. You can find out more here.

Yes, there are cloakrooms available near the main entrance, with prices starting at £1.00 per item. Please note that items are left at your own risk. 

Yes, there are several ATMs in the entrances to the venue, although please note that card and contactless payment is preferred by the venue, wherever possible.
