Johnathon Pickard is Director of Business Development at Daisy Chain, an autism and neurodiversity charity and is also Co-Founder of Neuthread, a pioneering circular fashion social enterprise that transforms surplus textiles into high-quality fashion while creating meaningful employment and skills opportunities for autistic and neurodivergent people.

Johnathon has been instrumental in growing Neuthread from an ambitious concept into a fully operational manufacturing and retail brand, securing significant investment, developing strategic partnerships across industry, and academia, and leading the transition from pilot to commercial production.

With a background spanning social enterprise, charity leadership and commercial development, Johnathon is passionate about using business as a force for good, demonstrating how sustainability, innovation and social impact can be embedded into successful fashion and manufacturing models.
