Jo Ward is Co-Founder of Our Fashion Fix, a conscious consultancy helping fashion brands - from start-ups to high-street giants - navigate sustainable growth. With over 25 years working inside the industry, she understands the pressures, silos, and commercial realities that shape how buying, design, and sourcing teams actually operate. A graduate of the Cambridge Business Sustainability Management programme and certified Carbon Literate, she also developed a "Carbon Literacy for the Fashion Industry" course certified by The Carbon Literacy Project.

That hands-on experience led her and co-founder Jo Ingham to co-create Ask Miranda with Brand Conscience, supported by the European Space Agency - an intelligent fashion buying platform bringing together range planning, sustainability scoring, supply chain traceability, and an Impact Margin Calculator in one place. Built by industry insiders, it reflects their belief that the right tools, designed with real teams in mind, can make a genuine difference to how the fashion industry works.
