Jo specialises in rebuilding efficiency, uncovering new revenue opportunities, and strengthening compliance and transparency across the retail ecosystem.

With more than 25 years’ experience herself — and a combined 50 years of expertise within the consultancy — Jo has worked with brands ranging from early-stage start-ups to major high-street retailers. She is known for her ability to connect the dots across an organisation, break down silos, and identify clear pathways toward resilience, sustainable growth, and operational clarity within the fashion sector.

Jo leads teams through fractional and ongoing project support, tech-enabled solutions, and close founder partnerships, helping businesses navigate the complexities of modern retail with confidence and simplicity.

She is also a passionate educator, delivering the Carbon Literate Fashion Course and Balancing Impact for Buyers, an introductory programme designed to equip buying teams with the knowledge and tools to buy better and reduce environmental impact.
