Isabelle Alexander
Isabelle Alexander is the founder of Isabelle Meira, an internationally recognised swimwear brand sold across Europe, the Caribbean, and Mexico. Renowned for its eco-conscious, expertly crafted designs, Isabelle Meira operates with a commitment to sustainability and ethical production. Isabelle began her career as a Buyer for Next Plc, where she developed a strong foundation in product development and sourcing, which now informs her approach to navigating her own brand.
Having worked with a range of factories in the UK and internationally, Isabelle brings first-hand insight into the realities of working with and without MOQs. Through Isabelle Meira, she has experimented with small-batch production, pre-order models and made-to-order strategies in the complex swimwear and beachwear categories. She believes that product type, customer expectations, and pricing feasibility are key factors in determining whether low or no-MOQ models are viable.
Her work has earned accolades including Sustainable Business of the Year by Women’s Business Club and Drapers Ones to Watch.
