Following many successful years as a Senior Manager within retail across different sectors, I took the plunge and became a “rag & bone” man. Working at SATCoL for the past 7 years has been a real insight into the world of waste management and repurposing textiles to divert items away from landfill. My current role as Corporate Operations Manager for Clothing Collection Division continues to grow at pace as we work with large corporate clients finding solutions and continuing to grow the opportunities to increase tonnage rates. In my previous role as Operations and Logistics Manager, I managed a team of 200 with over 250 vehicles on the road daily, collecting 62,000 tonnes per annum.
