For years, the “S” in ESG has been the most overlooked pillar - it's harder to measure, uncomfortable to confront, and often hidden behind other sustainability claims. As investigations expose even the world’s most respected luxury fashion houses as falling short, no one is immune to the risk of a breakdown in transparency.

This session challenges retailers to move beyond the baseline and explore what meaningful social responsibility looks like in practice. We’ll dive into living-wage strategies, human-rights due diligence, and tools for real accountability in ethical fashion.
