Britain’s manufacturing footprint has shrunk dramatically over the past few decades, but demand for locally made, traceable and lower-impact products is rising fast. With consumers seeking homegrown craft and retailers looking for resilient, transparent supply chains, the question is whether British manufacturing can truly make a comeback.
