Back to the loom – handweaving and spinning

In this session, textile artist Ruby Webster will take attendees back to the beginning, exploring the craft of spinning and handweaving and the skill, time and decision-making embedded within every fibre and fabric. 

Through live demonstration and tactile learning, attendees will gain a deeper understanding of material construction, craftsmanship and why reconnecting with these traditional techniques can change the way we think about sourcing, value and the future of fashion.
