Fashion’s best-kept secret. The UK heritage designer brand Preston Knight has been renowned since the 1970s for its iconic leather and sheepskin collections, defined by original silhouettes and unique artisan finishes.

For over 20 years, we’ve built a fully vertical design, sampling, and manufacturing operation in India, supporting the development of timeless, sensual collections. From delicate chiffons and cotton voiles to opulent silks, lace, satins, organza, and our signature leathers and sheepskins, we create bi-annual designer ranges with a focus on handcraft, femininity, and detail.

We split our time between our creative base in Normandy and our four-storey HQ and factory in New Delhi, spending up to eight months a year working directly with our artisan and QC teams. This close collaboration ensures every piece meets the highest European standards of craftsmanship and finish.

Preston Knight offers a flexible, end-to-end service, from pattern cutting and sampling to full production and finishing, all tailored to your sketch, sample, or technical spec. Our in-house team and trusted partner units in India and China deliver consistent quality, reliable timelines, and full control of logistics, customs, and shipping.

Clients also gain access to our archive of hand and machine embroideries, hand-painting, block printing, beadwork, and textile artistry, all developed and applied with care, by hand.

We work with both global store groups and independent designers, offering low MOQs (from 50 units) and scalable production to suit a wide range of business models.
