Hall: Grand Hall Stand: F53

Fashion-Enter Ltd (FEL) is an award-winning social enterprise and centre of ethical garment manufacturing in the UK. With a leading status in the Fast Forward audit and SMETA-accredited operations, FEL offers a unique end-to-end production service from design and development to bulk manufacturing. The London-based factory in Haringey produces up to 5,000 garments per week, while the Fashion Studio offers low minimums starting at just one unit, supporting everything from sampling to luxury production.

FEL works with high-profile clients including Gymshark, N Brown Group, Community Clothing, Bravado, Louisa Parris, Luke Derrick, and Gormley & Gamble.

Mission Statements
FEL is driven by three core pillars:

  • Excellence in Manufacturing: Delivering premium design, pattern cutting, grading, sampling, and large-scale garment production of up to 5,000 units per week.

  • Excellence in Education: Providing accredited training and apprenticeships from Level 1 to Level 5 across sites in Haringey, Islington, and Leicester.

  • Supporting Emerging Talent: Empowering new and independent designers across the UK with technical resources, mentorship, and ethical manufacturing services.

Production Capabilities
The Fashion Studio is dedicated to smaller production runs (1–199 units), focusing on high-spec finishes such as French seams, pin hems, and metal hardware. FEL’s fully audited London factory specialises in jersey, tailoring, soft separates, and outerwear, with a minimum order of 200 units. Clients include JD Williams, Simply Be, Very.com, Orla Kiely, and numerous start-ups.

As the only UK manufacturer holding leading ethical and technical certifications (Fast Forward and SMETA), FEL is a trusted partner for brands seeking both quality and compliance.

The 6 R’s of Sustainability
FEL’s approach to sustainable manufacturing is underpinned by the 6 R’s:

  1. Repurpose – Deadstock fabrics are transformed into commercially viable new products, supporting circularity and reducing landfill waste.

  2. Repair – Through partnerships such as with The United Repair Centre, FEL repairs garments for brands including Patagonia and Lululemon, extending product lifespan and reducing consumption.

  3. Reprocess – Services like relabelling and minor fault correction allow brands such as Gymshark to recover otherwise lost stock, avoiding waste and improving efficiency.

  4. Recycle – All offcuts from production are repurposed for education or recycled through partners such as FabMaterials, whose textile-to-board innovation turns waste into usable fibreboard for furniture and display applications.

  5. Reduce – On-demand manufacturing eliminates overproduction, supported by Style3D for digital sampling and Gerber software for optimal fabric utilisation.

  6. Recommercialise – FEL helps brands reimagine unsold or defective stock. Recent projects include transforming Pretty Lavish bridesmaid dresses into bow ties, sashes, and flower girl bags.
