Source Fashion and Fashion-Enter launch Manchester Made & Regions

Source Fashion and Fashion-Enter launch Manchester Made & Regions
Source Fashion and Fashion-Enter Ltd (FEL), with support from the Apparel & Textile Manufacturers Federation (ATMF), are pleased to announce the launch of Manchester Made & Regions.

Taking place at Manchester Hall on 4 November 2026, the free-to-attend event will bring together UK manufacturers, brands, retailers, buyers and industry leaders to explore the future of domestic fashion and textile production.

The event follows our successful partnership with Leicester Made & Regions, which created an important space for the industry to connect, share knowledge and discuss the opportunities and challenges facing UK production.

Building on that success, this event will showcase manufacturing capabilities across the UK and explore the commercial opportunities offered by sourcing closer to home.

Turning conversation into action

Manchester Made & Regions will examine what is needed to bring more orders to British factories, from pricing, minimum order quantities and lead times to how to build momentum to enable public procurement contracts to be placed locally, and the advantages of long-term supplier partnerships.

It will also explore how both Brands and retailers can turn speed, flexibility, and responsible production into a profitable competitive advantage, and how local sourcing strengthens their supplier mix.

Building a unified voice

The event will bring manufacturers, trade bodies and industry leaders together to strengthen collaboration and build a more unified voice for UK manufacturing.

Suzanne Ellingham, Event Director at Source Fashion, said:

“One of the biggest barriers retailers and brands face when working with UK-based manufacturers isn’t always cost, but visibility – knowing who to work with and who is still producing here.”

Jenny Holloway, chair of ATMF and founder of Fashion-Enter, added: “Made in Manchester & Regions is a new way forward for manufacturers today. Based on the last three successful Leicester Made events, 4th November promises to be the best inspiring networking event yet.

“It’s perfect timing to be hosting this event in Manchester with our PM Andy Burnham strongly endorsing the re-industrialisation and restoring of public procurement contacts.”
